About Me

As  “The Mortgage Protection Doctor”  I have been helping families protect their homes and financial futures since 1995.    Before I began my career in the insurance and financial services industry in 1995,  I was an elementary P.E. Teacher.   I was born and raised in Graham, N.C.  from where I manage over four hundred associates in seventeen states across the U.S.

Ever since embarking upon my career in the financial services industry,  I have been fascinated by the stock market and personal finance.  I absolutely love reading and learning about insurance and personal finance for both the benefit of myself as well as my clients.  As an accomplished day trader back in 2003,  a premier financial data firm who provides financial information to Wall Street wrote an article about me in which I explained how to execute one of my trading strategies using their proprietary trading software.  This article can be viewed at: http://scans.marketgauge.com/Newsletter/PrecisionDayTrading5.asp

All of my life, I have enjoyed playing sports and being competitive.  For the last several years I have only had a little time to enjoy playing golf.  Also, I enjoy exercising and trying to stay fit and healthy.

I love spending time and laughing with my beautiful and sweet girlfriend of almost four years.  A little about her, her name is Angelica, she was born in one of the most breathtaking and exotic places on earth, Machu Picchu, Peru.  She has a big, warm, and beautiful smile, with an even bigger and more beautiful heart.  Before she started  her nursing career several years ago, she worked as a model in the U.S. and Europe, as a result of her extensive world travel, she is fluent in six languages, I am very proud of her.
